India has the cleanest cities. India has the greenest cities. But where is India's Pet‑Friendly City?

We asked the question. Now we’re building the answer — a movement to make Indian cities more welcoming for pets.

Our method

How We Build Pet-Friendly Cities

Four steps, repeated city by city.

  1. Step 1

    Listen

Citizen feedback, street surveys and interviews reveal what each city actually needs.

  2. Step 2

    Educate

Awareness drives, workshops and seminars build empathy and know-how.

  3. Step 3

    Connect

Governments, businesses, NGOs and communities are brought to one table.

  4. Step 4

    Recognize

Awards, summits and stories celebrate the people who make change stick.

Our story

Why We Started This Movement

Pet Friendly City is an initiative by CollegeTips.in — it began as a conversation and is growing into a movement to make Indian cities more liveable for pets and the people who love them.

  1. 01
    THE QUESTION

A Question That Started It All

India has its cleanest cities. India has its greenest cities. But where is India’s Pet-Friendly City?

  2. 02
    THE CONVERSATION

    We Started The Conversation

Through content, social media and public conversations, we got people thinking about what’s missing and what a pet-friendly city needs.

  3. 03
    THE FIRST CITY

    From Talking To Building

We chose Bhopal as our starting point to start building a pet-friendly city ecosystem on the ground and turning the idea into an on-ground city movement.

  4. 04
    THE NEXT CHAPTER

    A National Movement

One City Was Just The Beginning - we are preparing to expand to Jaipur, Lucknow and Pune — and eventually across India.
